Two different shows in one night, the smells of authentic Lebanese food, and the right décor, transports one to an experience that involves all the senses. I did not really have any expectations about the trip – hopes maybe, but expectations none. I think that I took away from the trip much more than I could imagine. Have I transformed into a whole new person? No. The changes are mostly internal. My highlights were going out to dance where locals do, Trinidad, the reef, the Los Van Van concert, the ability to control my schedule and my life in Havana. The other has been the opportunity to spend time with 4 great and beautiful women and learn from it about the daily life of a woman. I will be more generous with compliments now. I am playing with the idea of following my heart more, which is not easy for an analytical guy like me. The tour has shown me that opening the heart more makes for a more enjoyable life.
